How long does car detailing take? It depends entirely on the package you choose and the size/condition of your vehicle.

• Premium Maintainer: 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

• Mas Signature Full Detail: 3.5 to 5 hours.

• Cut & Polish :4 to 6 hours .We never rush our work—our focus is always on a flawless, premium finish.

Do you come to my location? Yes! We are a 100% mobile service. We bring the detailing studio directly to your home driveway or your workplace, saving you the hassle of traffic, drop-offs, or waiting rooms.

What areas do you service? Our primary service area is a 30 km radius covering Melbourne's Western Suburbs, including Williamstown, Altona, Williams Landing, Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook, Werribee, Manor Lakes, Caroline Springs, Ravenhall, and Deer Park. We are happy to travel further out depending on our availability; a modest travel surcharge may apply to cover the extra transit time.

Do I need to provide water or electricity? Yes. To perform our mobile detailing magic, we require access to a standard domestic outdoor water tap and a standard power point (wall plug) close to your driveway. We bring all our own commercial-grade pressure hoses, extension leads, and other tools.

How do I book a detailing service? Booking is simple! You can click any of the [Book Now] buttons on our website to fill out our quick online request form. Alternatively, you can call or text / whatsapp us directly with your car type, location, and desired package.

What payment methods do you accept? For your convenience, we accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), EFTPOS tap-and-go on-site.Cash is also accepted. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

🧼 Scratches, Pet Hair, & Technical Details

Can you remove all scratches and swirl marks? Our one stage Cut & Polish package safely corrects between30% to 50% of surface imperfections like swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation. However, if a scratch has completely penetrated through the clear coat down to the primer or bare metal (if you can catch your fingernail in it), it cannot be polished out and will require a paint touch-up or respray. We will inspect your paint and give you an honest appraisal before starting.

Can you remove pet hair? Yes, we can! However, heavily embedded pet hair requires specialized rubber brushes, pumice stones, and significant extra vacuum time to extract safely without ruining your carpet fibers. Vehicles with excessive pet hair will incur a $50 to $100+ surcharge, which we will confirm with you upfront upon inspection.

Do you detail commercial vehicles? Yes, we do! We detail commercial work vans, dual-cab trade utes, corporate fleets, and company cars across the Western Suburbs. Contact us directly for a customized fleet or commercial vehicle quote.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results? Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. Before we pack up our tools, we walk around the vehicle with you for a final inspection. If anything isn't up to your standard, let us know right then and there, and we will happily fix it on the spot.

How often should I get my car detailed? To protect your car’s resale value and keep it looking pristine, we recommend a Full Detail twice a year (every 6 months), paired with our Premium Maintainer clean every 4 to 6 weeks to keep the protective sealants active and the cabin fresh.

How do I maintain my car between details?

• Avoid automatic drive-through car washes with plastic brushes—they act like sandpaper and will ruin your polished finish with deep swirl marks.

• If washing at home, use the two-bucket method with a high-quality microfiber wash mitt and a pH-neutral car shampoo.

• Clean up bird droppings and tree sap immediately, as their acids can quickly etch into your clear coat.

Excessive Dirt Note:

Vehicles with extreme pet hair, mould, biohazards, or heavy red dirt/mud will incur an additional fee ranging from $50 – $100 based on the extra time required. We will always inspect the vehicle and confirm this with you before we start.
